Vision Originality Technique ImpactI saw this journal skin on a deviant's page a few days ago. What drew me in was the fact that this was one of few I've seen where the background does not scroll with the page. That is a creative technique and I love that technique on pages. The background was honestly..pretty dull. I love the color, but the design is a bit over-dated. All in all, Love the skin, background aside. I love the blue colors and the graphics at the very top of the skin, just my personal preference about the background.
